RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE

Spencer & Rutherford want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we offer the opportunity to return full priced items purchased through our online store, within 14 days of receipt.

If you have an item you have purchased from our online store and you would like to return it, please email us at: reception@spencerandrutherford.com. Or call us on +61 3 8609 6373. We will get back to you promptly to coordinate your return and discuss your options.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, however we do offer a credit for the amount of the claimed purchase, excluding a delivery and stocking charge. Your credit can be redeemed in our online store with a voucher code which will be sent to you via email. Goods must be returned in original condition, unused, in the original plastic packaging, with all tags attached, and including any accessories like a dust bag. Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please note:

• There are NO returns on SALE items.
• There are NO returns or refunds on Silk Face Masks as these are a personal item.
• There are NO returns or refunds on Earrings as these are a personal item.
• There are NO returns, exchanges or refunds on Samples, Seconds or Vintage items.
• Goods purchased online cannot be returned to a retail boutique.
• Goods purchased in a retail boutique cannot be returned to our online store.
• Spencer & Rutherford reserves the right to refuse any returns, if they do not meet the stated conditions.

RECEIVING A CREDIT FOR THE RETURNED ITEM

Once your return has been received and approved, you will be issued with a credit, sent to you via email, for the value of the order excluding a delivery and restocking charge. This credit can be redeemed in our online store via a voucher code (included in the email) and will be valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue.

EXCHANGING A PURCHASE

Spencer & Rutherford does not offer an exchange service for online purchases, however, you can return your purchase and once it has been received in original condition and approved, you will be issued with a credit voucher sent to you via email, for the value of the order, excluding delivery. This credit can be redeemed in our online store via a voucher code (included in the email) and will be valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue.

LATE RETURNS

Items must be returned to Spencer & Rutherford within 14 days of receipt. Please register your intent to return by email to reception@spencerandrutherford.com. Items returned outside this time will only be accepted at the discretion of Spencer & Rutherford. 

RETURNING A SPENCER & RUTHERFORD ITEM PURCHASED IN ANOTHER STORE

Spencer & Rutherford does not accept returns or exchanges of Spencer & Rutherford items that were purchased in department stores or specialty boutiques. Please return the item to the store from which you purchased it to arrange for return or exchange. This is subject to individual store policy.
